2. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
- Your personal data collected by CEL-MAR will be processed in following purposes:
- selling goods and services provided by us, including in particular the shipping of ordered goods, processing of payments, handling of complaints, servicing of devices we manufacture, and other items delivered for repair services (legal basis art.6, section 1, letter b), of the GDPR),

- analytical and statistical purposes, the processing of which is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by CEL-MAR (legal basis art.6, section 1, letter f), of the GDPR).

The Administrator undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your Personal Data.Personal Data will be stored by CEL-MAR and/or Data Processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected, to perform obligations arising from legal provisions, for a maximum period of securing materials necessary for legal proceedings (including tax proceedings) and until any claims of the State and CEL-MAR expire.
3. THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
- The Administrator may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:
- IT systems and IT services providers;
- entities providing contracts to CEL-MAR, such as: debt collection, legal services, accounting services, HR and payroll services;
- postal operators and couriers;
- banks for payment processing;
- authorities entitled to receive your data under applicable law.
- The Administrator uses Google Analytics analytical tools (Data administrator for third party cookies: Google Inc. based in USA), therefore, personal data provided by the Customer while browsing the content posted on the Administrator`s website may only be transferred to third countries, ie countries outside the European Union, without an adequate level of data protection (e.g. USA). 4. RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
