ORDERS TERMS

SALES CONDITIONS

1. CEL-MAR company does not have an online store.
2. The buyer/ client placing the order in the company CEL-MAR accepts the conditions, contained in these Terms and declares that has read before purchasing.
3. Orders are accepted only in written form, sent to:

4. Order should include the exact details of the company, such:
   - comapny mane,
   - address, post code,
   - VIES VAT number (if there is),
   - contact telephone number and the name of the person submitting the order,
   - version of the device - a description of available models is given on the product sheet, of the Versions tab.
   
5. The buyer after order placement (with the exception of letter-forms) will receive an order confirmation with the terms of trade and the delivery date. If the the client does not receive any feedback on the day of placing the order, please contact us immediately by phone with our Sales Department.
6. All CEL-MAR devices are produced according to individual customer orders.
7. Receipt of the confirmation of the order by the buyer from Sales Department of CEL-MAR Company, is tantamount to signing a commercial contract of sale (or other).
8. The shipment is done at the cost of the customer, via the courier: UPS or FedEx.
9. We reserve the right to suspension delivery of ordered goods in the case of overdue financial obligations to the company CEL-MAR.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The available methods of payment are:

• advance payment (100%) based on proforma invoice:
  - bank transfer,
  - PayPal system,
  

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery of ordered devices, takes place via FedEx / UPS courier, costs are charged to on the invoice as a separate item.

At the request of the customer, is possible shipping any courier at his own expense. In this case, it is necessary to place by the Customer the pickup order in his own courier / freight forwarder, after prior appointment with the Sales Department CEL-MAR.

ORDERS TERMS

We make every effort to ensure that the order of our customers have been implemented on an ongoing basis, however, considering the multitude of versions of our products, they are manufactured on individual customer order. The standard completion date for individual amounts of is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the type of device. This term refers to the standard version of the equipment and is only illustrative and shall not be binding. In each case, the actual date of delivery is specified in the Order Confirmation, sent by the Sales Department.
