General guarantee conditions.
CEL-MAR Company gives the indefinite guarantee on the ADA series converters. In case of being damaged it will be repair or the damaged component will be replace. The guarantee isn"t covering damage come from improper using, the wear and tear or unauthorized changes. If the product doesn"t work (is damaged) or it isn"t working according to the instruction, it will be repaired or replaced on the terms described below.
Products sent to the warranty repair and for guarantee must be delivered with the payed transport and with insuring to the CEL-MAR Company.
CEL-MAR Company under no circumstances won"t be responsible for ensuing damage from improper using the product or as a result of random causes: the lightning discharge, the flood, the fire and other.
CEL-MAR Company isn"t suffering no responsibility for ensuing damage and the loss in it: loss of profits, loss of data, pecuniary losses ensuing from using or the impossibility of using this product.
CEL-MAR Company in specific cases will withdraw all guarantees, at the lack of warning the operating manual and not of accepting conditions of the guarantee by the user.
